By accessing or using GutLens ("the Service") operated by hivibe Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GutLens is an educational wellness platform that uses biometric analysis to generate personalised gut health information and protocol recommendations. GutLens is not a medical device, medical service, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All outputs from GutLens — including gut health scores, protocol recommendations, SIBO assessments, and supplement suggestions — are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before making changes to your diet, supplement regimen, or healthcare routine.
You must create an account to use GutLens. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Analysis fees are charged per analysis as displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable once an analysis has been completed. If you experience a technical failure that prevents analysis completion, contact hi@hivibe.world within 48 hours.
By using the biometric scan feature, you consent to the temporary processing of your facial video for gut health analysis. Your video is processed in real time and deleted immediately after analysis. See our Biometric Data Policy for full details.
The GutLens Hexad Protocol™ is patent pending (USPTO provisional application filed). All content, software, design, and methodology is the intellectual property of hivibe Inc. You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, or use our proprietary methodology without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, hivibe Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the analysis that gave rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
